Finalmente seguimos en Verano y el tiempo esta genial!Es perfecto tiempo para ir afuera y hacer alguna actividad.

Para aquellos que odian correr hay otro tipo de actividadesEs el perfecto tiempo para hacer otras actividades y ser mas activos.

Hay otras formas para celntarte y tener bien tu corazon.

Ya sea una actividad deportiva o algo que no haz hecho por años,quedate motivado.Empieza con un nivel que se te haga facil.

Its finally summer and the weather is great. Its the perfect time to get outside become more active. 

For those of you that dread running, there are plenty of activities to try.  There are lots of other ways to warm up those muscles and get your heart rate up. 

Whether it's a sport or activity you haven't done in many years or something you've always wanted to try, find something that's right for you to stay motivated. One tip however start at a comfortable level and ease into it. 

Try swimming [natacion]

Ve a la playa o a la piscina de algun vecino y nada.Es tremendo workout.Es de bajo impacto,es grande cardio ejercicio,y te fortalece.Necesitaras gafas de natacion,capa de nadadores,ropa de baño y unas sandalias.
Hit the beach or the neighborhood pool for some swimming. It's a great workout that's low impact on your joints, provides great cardio, plus strength training.  You will need goggles, a swim cap and a bathing suit and some flip flops

Try Yoga

Honestamente no hago Yoga por cuestiones religiosas.Aunque el ejercicio es grandioso y me gusta las modas.El yoga es otro excelente workout.No dejes que los aum y los ah te distraigan[de paso,yo no los haria],todo puede tornarse bastante extenso con estos ejercicios combinando fortaleza y respiracion.No estas convencido?Intenta una clase y miralo por ti mismo.PD:Los cristianos no creemos en Yoga,asi que lo mejor es ir al gym y practicar los ejercicios de estiramiento que usualmente son ejercicios de yoga]
Honestly i don't do Yoga because my religion beliefs.I love the fashion and is a great exercise.
Another great core workout is yoga. Don't let all the ohms and ah's fool you,[i don't do them by the way] things can get pretty intense combining strength and breathing exercises. Still not convinced? Try one class and see how you feel afterwards.
PS:Christians don't believe in Yoga,better is go to a gym and do some exercise that combined some Yoga.
